This course serves as an introduction to Technical Writing. The main purpose of the course is to train students in planning, organizing, and writing technical reports in English. this course provides training in the fundamental techniques used in business writing. Special emphasis is given to the process of rewriting, drafting, revising and editing objective and organized technical reports such as memos, business letters, formal and informal reports, user manuals, instructions, and research papers.

Course designed for students in the business administration and transfer students from the Department of Office Systems. Provides training in effective written business communication in English. Special attention is given to the logical and psychological processes governing the process of writing business letters.

Special attention is given to pronunciation, developing a strong vocabulary, and those features present in oral language such as idiomatic expressions. The idea is to provide the students with the necessary tools to improve their oral competency; to this end, the student will move from simple dialogues to dialogues with a higher technical context.
